Mapping Homework

This week's homework will be to create a map of your room, home or other favorite place.  The map must include: symbols, a map key and a compass rose (extra points if you include the intermediate directions).  Students must use a ruler and do their neatest work.  Students can make the map as simple as they like or as complicated as they like.  The only words on the map should be the names of the rooms and the map key.  The rest should be symbols. The map is due on Friday, Aug 29th.
