In the 3rd grade, we are so happy to be back in school and are already going full blast during math lessons! Our first unit consists of a variety of review activities of math the students have encountered in earlier grades. It also establishes routines meant to be used all year to promote an active and cooperative learning environment. In unit 1, students will:
- explore patterns on number grids
- review telling time, measuring lengths, and using calculators
- review data concepts
- give equivalent names for numbers
- practice basic computation skills
