Reading

Reading is a fundamental part of your child'd education.  You may choose to read to your child or your child may read independently.  Both are valuable experiences and contribute to strong writing, deeper vocabulary and creative thinking.  Students must read a minimum of 20 minutes a day and parents must sign the agenda daily in order to keep informed of daily homework.  Although third graders are working towards independence at home and school we appreciate your support at home.
