Wow Grade 4! It's hard to believe that the holidays have finally arrived! Let's take the time to reflect on the learning that has taken place so far.
I wonder, in what ways have we been writers, authors, mathematicians, scientists, researchers, musicians, artists and athletes? In what ways have we grown in our learning? In what ways do you want to grow more?
Holiday Homework
Please take the time to review the information regarding our curriculum, as well as complete the Vacation Tic Tac Toe Assignment. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and be ready to share when you return to school in January!

Math
Students, as you continue to read non-fiction texts, make connections to and predictions about the information you are reading. Share with your parents how text features can also help to make better sense of the information you are learning.

It is important that you practice your multiplication facts over the holidays as we will continue to explore multiplication of multidigit numbers. Sharpen your skills by playing the following math games. Check out the links below for additional math game fun!

Cada aluno escolheu um livro em nossa biblioteca de classe para ler durante as férias. Esperamos que a leitura faça parte dos momentos de lazer da família.
PAL
Students in Dona Dani's and Dona Nati's classes are expected to take a book from the class library during this week and read it throughout the vacation break. We will have activities related to this book reading when we return to school in January.
