Animal Research Project

In our class we have been learning how to use technology to help us do research and create products that show others what we've been learning. Below you will see my example of what students have been working on recently.

First, we used Popplet to help us organize our research facts from books and websites.

Second, we used our facts to help us organize our thinking to write an expository essay.

Third, we created the food web for our animal based on the facts we learned from our research.
Here is an example of a food web using Popplet and below you will see an example use the app PicCollage.

Finally, we put all our learning together to create a modern digital literacy infographic.  We started learning how to show information through pictures instead of text with the app PicCollage.
