Parabéns Grade 4! It's amazing to see how much you have grown as learners. You made your thinking visible, showing your parents the skills you have learned to make deeper and more meaningful connections in your learning. 

What is the purpose of Student Led Conferences?

Parents, taking the time to actively listen to your child as he/she takes you through his/her student led conference is key to a successful experience. Asking meaningful questions that pushes your child's thinking further will instill in your child a growth mindset - one in which risk-taking and failing are celebrated and not frowned upon. Remember to focus on the learning over the work. Learning is the goal, and the journey your child takes to become a better learner is just as important, if not more, as the end result.
