Dona Dani:
This short week, Dona Dani’s students will learn and start writing another type of poem: Me lembra. We will also sing Easter songs.
Students in Dona Nati’s class are starting a new unit this week: Aventuras na Literatura Brasileira. In this unit, we will answer the following essential questions:
- Como é uma história de aventura?
- Quais características posso identificar nas narrativas que leio?
- Que aspectos do Brasil estão presentes nas novas histórias?
We will engage in the shared reading of Monteiro Lobato’s Histórias Diversas, which will be the starting point for our learning and revision of verb use and agreement, noun agreement (gender and singular/plural use) and spelling.
