The 10th Night is a Geometry Night. Pick's Formula provides an elegant formula for finding the area of a simple lattice polygon. A lattice polygon is a polygon whose boundary consists of a sequence of connected non intersecting straight-line segments.
Students in Ms Sanchez and Ms Kitto classes are finishing up their
work with fractions working on their math journals, pages 264,265,266,268.
Then they are choosing two challenges from the list below:

- The Graded basketball boys team has played 5 games. The table below shows the number of shots that were baskets. Study the example, the calculate the number of baskets made by each payer. Check the example to inspire your thinking. On the basis of shooting ability, which 5 players would you select as the starting line up for the next game?
