Today, we spent 30 mins playing with our new friends in Ms. Joyce's and Ms. Renata's Pre-K classes. There were a mix of emotions during this experience. I was so proud of our 3rd graders who really stepped up to play with their new little friends by: pushing them on the swings, climbing with them on the pyramid, playing soccer with them, or just sitting and talking. We will continue to meet with these Pre-K classes throughout the year for various short activities. We are even hoping to sit with them at assemblies in the future! Ask your child about their experience.
